 At Fairway School, we recognise the valuable contribution that the wide range of additional activities, including clubs, educational visits, residential experiences and swimming can make towards pupils’ personal and social education. Therefore the aim is to promote and provide such activities both as a part of a broad and balanced curriculum for the pupils and as additional optional activities. If there is a cost involved in the educational visit, parents / carers will be asked for a voluntarily contribution towards the cost. The Friends of Fairway has agreed to make a contribution towards the cost of educational visits. However, if insufficient contributions are received from parents / carers, it may be necessary to cancel a particular activity. Charges may be waived or reduced for those parents / carers who
are in receipt of Income Support. |
