The study of the past is important to the understanding of the present.
Our aim is to arouse interest and enthusiasm when looking at the past,
to develop the necessary historical skills and to promote enquiry
and curiosity. Through knowledge of the past, children can begin to
understand the present world and their own place in it.
Drama, literature and art are used as a means of learning about
people in the past and to develop a sense of curiosity in your child.
