I can’t believe it’s the end of term. It will be summer before we know it!
Decant and Rebuild
Everyone should have received a letter from the Director of Children’s Service last week informing you that the whole school will be moving into temporary accommodation. This is going to happen now at the end of the Summer Term. As you are aware it was scheduled for the end of the Spring Term and because of this I rescheduled my holiday for the first two weeks of the Summer Term as I needed to be on site during the Easter break. Therefore I will not be back at school until 5th May. Mr Putman (Deputy Head Teacher) will ably, take the helm for this time.
Dinner Money
With effect from 20th` April 2009, the price of school dinners will increase to £2.00 per day. The cost for the next half term is £46.00 or £10.00 per week. Please make cheques payable to Fairway Primary School, thank you.
Whole School Photograph (Primary School only)
A whole school photograph will be taken on Tuesday 16th June. This will be the last photograph we will have taken altogether on the original Fairway site. We will try to position the children so we get the building in the background. This photograph will be available to buy and will hopefully bring back many happy memories when you and your children look at it in years to come.
Have a super Easter holiday and I will see you all at the beginning of May.
