 Sessions are timetabled each week for a variety of activities. Over the year the children will cover gymnastics, dance and games. These activities are supported by schemes of work for each area. The Junior children take part in sports such as football, netball, kwik cricket, swimming and athletics. The emphasis for PE activities is on developing suppleness, stamina, strength, balance, control and above all, enjoyment. Every year children from Year 6 take part in a week long residential School Journey to participate in outdoor activities. Swimming All Infant children swim at Northway School. (Reception start swimming
after Christmas.) |
