Years 5 and 6 enjoyed the K’nex Challenge which was to build a catapult that could send a ping pong ball the furthest distance.

In September all of Key Stage 2 went to the Lee Valley Countryside Live show. They were able to experience all sorts of ‘country life’ such as willow weaving, milking a cow (a well behaved model!), riding on a cart, wood spinning and watching geese being rounded up by sheep dogs. It was a great day and the children learnt a lot about life in the country.
